About Randolph Brito
Growing up bilingual as an only child, family has always been my anchor. Immigrating to the US at 10 sparked a drive to bridge cultures, which naturally led me to international marketing. After earning my Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing, I interned at Univision, where my digital marketing fascination landed me a full-time role. My journey there took me from Master Control Operator to Digital Strategist before a Covid furlough.
Since then, I've honed my skills by managing multi-channel digital campaigns for Latin artists with LP Promotions. Additionally, I leveraged my management experience by running a homecare agency and currently work as an Office & Project Coordinator at a Real Estate Investment company. Through these diverse experiences, digital marketing has solidified as my true passion. I'm eager to join a company and team where I can leverage my skills and collaborative spirit to contribute to shared goals.

At LP Promotions, a dynamic promotions firm specializing in artist management, concerts, and entertainment, I've had the privilege of working alongside my mentor, David, since 2015. There, I was at the forefront of digital marketing initiatives, crafting press releases and launching digital collaborations for Latin artists to promote their music, videos, and public image. Currently, I'm collaborating with David on a company rebrand, ensuring it reflects the company's core values while embracing the digital future.
